Coupe Du Monde T20 is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy page outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims and counter-notifications regarding content hosted on our platform.

We comply with the provisions of the DMCA and promptly process notices of alleged infringement and counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Coupe Du Monde T20 platform, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent by submitting a written DMCA Takedown Notice. For your notice to be effective under the DMCA, it must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  6. Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Coupe Du Monde T20 was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our designated Copyright Agent. For your Counter-Notification to be effective under the DMCA, it must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement of consent to federal court jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Coupe Du Monde T20 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the person who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on Coupe Du Monde T20 within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the Counter-Notification, we may, at our sole discretion, replace or restore access to the removed material.
